- Where it all started. Our Dumpster Fire is a rotating blend of different South American coffees (usually). A true medium roast that’s Great on espresso (it’s our main espresso at the shop) or any other brew method. Tasting notes are usually in the chocolaty, nutty, orange zest, and carmely sphere.
