One-Half Grass-Fed Black Angus Cross Beef from Paper and String
It's time to fire up the BBQ. There's no miSTEAKing it- this beef will MEAT and exceed all of your expectations! One-half beef yields approximately 150 lbs. All natural, no hormones. Locally born and raised in the Rogue Valley. Cut and wrap included, with buyers specify instructions.
NOTE: The beef has been hanging for a couple weeks by the end of this auction and is ready to cut and wrap. Please call Nate's Custom Farm Butchering 541-821-8632 on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 with cutting instructions. Or you can call the donor, Rick Moir, at 541-601-8747 and can connect the winning bidder with the butcher. It's very important for the winning bidder to call on Tuesday as the beef will be cut and wrapped on Wednesday.
