Description
Certificate is good for 2 people to go whitewater rafting on the Kennebec, Dead, or Penobscot River -"The Thrill of a Lifetime." The Kennebec River is not a rocky, technical river. Instead, it's a very deep, fast mover with big "fun" wave trains. This is why it's an ideal rafting trip for beginners, youth groups, families, and experienced rafters alike. The Dead River offers the most continuous whitewater in New England. The Penobscot River is the most technically challenging river in Maine. You will experience more technical rapids, exposed rocks, steeper gradients, and awesome whitewater.
No experience is necessary, and North Country Rivers provides everything! A registered Maine guide is stationed in every boat. Dam-controlled rivers guarantee whitewater rafting every day!
Certificate expires in October 2025. Some exclusions may apply.
Special Instructions
Items will be available for pickup between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm starting December 9th thru December 13th. If you would like your item shipped to you, please contact Julia at j.pellizzaro@minutemansenior.org.
Items that can be sent in a first class envelope will be mailed at no cost to the winning bidder on December 7th, but the winning bidder accepts any risk. The cost of any items lost or damaged in transit, if not insured, will not be reimbursed by Minuteman Senior Services. If the winning bidder would like their item sent insured or with tracking, they will be responsible for delivery charges.
All items that are electronic (tickets, e-gift cards) will be sent to the email provided after the auction closes.
