Description
Gabby chose to highlight the work of the organization CRIADO with her shoes. CRIADO’s mission is to transform the delivery and accessibility of health education and build meaningful connections for women and girls, specifically in marginalized communities through mental health and wellbeing programs and counseling. The shoes feature a background pastel shades of blue, purple, pink and yellow with infant hand and footprints and a uterus on the left toe, referencing the organization's work for maternal health.
Shoes are Air Jordan Type 39, size 8 mens/9.4 womens. Shoes will be worn during WNBA game September 7, 2024 v.s Phoenix Mercury. Custom sneaker designed and hand painted by artist Breanna Berry.
Special Instructions
If present in the arena, the winning bidder may pick up the shoes in person from Gabby immediately after the game on September 7th. Winners will be emailed immediately upon conclusion of the auction and given instructions on where to meet Storm staff for this opportunity if they are at Climate Pledge Arena. Identification must be provided and payment completed prior to receiving the shoes.
Winners not present in the arena on Septeber 7th may pick up from a Storm staff on a different date, or have the shoes shipped. Please note, shipping fees will be added if you request your item to be shipped.
