Stand in front of the custom rum still to learn how heirloom Hawaiian sugarcane is distilled into one of the finest agricole rums in the world and learn the ways in which Ko Hana Rum ages the rums in a barrel house. Finish at the tasting bar, comparing the white, aged, and cacao rums side by side.
