Strengthen Your Parent-Child Connection with Sensory Play: The Moving Souls

The Moving Souls was created with a simple but powerful goal: to help parents and caregivers play an active role in strengthening their children's emotional growth. Recognizing the value of social-emotional curricula, this class seeks to complement those practices by offering an opportunity for parents and children to experience joy, connection, and mindful togetherness.

Led by Alison Hickey Chen, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist and Founder of The Moving Souls, this class is designed for children aged 4 to 7 and their caregivers. Through a thoughtful blend of music, dance, yoga, and mindfulness—paired with key Spanish phrases for added enrichment—you’ll create lasting memories while helping your child build essential skills in a fun and safe environment.
