This item includes an all-inclusive Christmas lighting rental and installation:

• supply of all professional grade lighting materials


• custom fit installation


• stay lit policy and seasonal maintenance


• full removal in January 

The time frame for the installation would be between 11/29-12/10, based on the auction winner's time preference. Must be redeemed and scheduled immediately if used for the 2024 season. Value can also be credited toward 2025 professionally designed landscape and architectural lighting system should there be an issue with Christmas lighting timing for the upcoming season.

The package includes up to a $2500 value, and consists of a combination the following:

• Roofline lighting - Any color or coimbination can be created


• Ground stake lighting - flower bed borders/driveway/walkways


• Bush/Tree wraps


• Wreaths with premium bows
