Frame Pilates presents a Get Started Package, which includes two (2) private trainuing sessions and five (5) group classes. It has a three-month expireation from the time of activation and is meant to familiarize clients with the equipment, expercise, and cues, so when they join group classes, they are able to get the most out of each session.
