Description
Ready to be the best version of yourself ? Over the course of six weeks, we'll work together taking small steps that add up to big gains on your wellness journey. Areas of focus may include Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing, and Rest and Recovery.
The package includes 1 intake session, 5 weekly sessions and check-ins, 2 personal training sessions (based on a plan created just for you) and a journal. Sessions can be in-person, Zoom or a combo.
May be used by anyone 15+. Must be used within a year.
