Beautifully made and generously donated by Wornath Family Mills, this board was made from 60-year-old walnut trees salvaged from a yard in the Orchard Homes area of Missoula, Montana. Walnut is a wonderful hardwood with very tight grain and beautiful color. The blond coloring is the sapwood and the dark portion is the heartwood. This one-of-a-kind board measures approximately 36 inches long, and 14 inches at the widest spot. Attached handles make for easy carrying and lifting.
