Get peace of mind with this 45-minute Self Defense Group Workshop for 20 from Stronghold Jiu-Jitsu.
This 45-minute class is ideal for kids, teens and adults to teach you practical self-defense techniques, situational awareness and more. After your class, you and your group can also use $25 towards unique stickers for your water bottles and computers that are available at Stronghold studio.
Recommended ages are 6 and up and classes can be mixed in lesson but similar age groups are ideal. One adult chaperone is required to be at the lesson.
Stronghold Jiu-Jitsu is located at Liberty Station at 2751 Roosevelt Road, Suite 200 (above G3 Kids).
