A Sunshine Coast Gem
Our first time dining at this Mexican style eatery in Gibsons was a delightful experience. Our daughters are both celiac and we are always on the lookout for restaurants that can cater to them. Lunitas certainly fit the bill in this regard as their menu for gluten free and, in particular, celiac friendly options was really good.
The drink menu is amazing in it's own right and the selection of Tequila cocktails is outstanding. We had the apple pie maguerita and the Mezcalada. Both were delicious!
The food was amazing too. The burrito is large enough for two people and was stuffed full of chicken and not just rice and beans. The tomales, avocado tacos and the cod burrito bowl were also delicious. Great service and a beautiful location add to the overall experience making it one that I am sure we will return to for many occasions in the future. Two big thumbs up!
