Our own St. Mary School Principal created this lovely 8" x 10" painting. In her words,

"I love this image because it shows how close Mary was to Jesus from the very beginning. It is also an image of reconciliation. Through Mary, Jesus came to save us, to reconcile us to God, and show us the face of the Father. So that we can see him face-to-face and not hide - that we can see him eye to eye, eyelash to eyelash. That is what reconciliation means! Thank you Jesus and Mary!"

She named the painting Mother and Child after the Christmas song, Silent Night.
