Description

An Airstream camper is an iconic aluminum travel trailer that was first introduced in 1936. It sold for $1,200 and was able to house four people with electric lights and a water supply. Of more than 400 travel trailer builders operating in 1936, Airstream was the sole survivor of the Depression.

In the early 1950s, Airstream founder Wally Byam began leading groups of owners on travels to locations around the world. Photos taken of the trailers in front of many famous tourist sites were common. This promoted a mystique which surrounded Airstreams and persists to this day. Now you will have the opportunity to see one of these classic campers, in person and up close!

You are invited to enjoy a gourmet meal while sitting in a 2020 Bambi Airstream Camper! Included are a short tour of the camper, music from the camper's sound system, soft lighting, and a delicious meal for up to 4 guests. All this will take place in the town of Boxborough -- no need to travel far to have this unique experience!
