Debbie Brookes is offering 2 quarts of her scrumptious apple pie filling, which she made from scratch this fall. After she and Paul picked the apples at the Honey Pot Hill orchard, they peeled and sliced the apples, then Debbie cooked them with just the right spices to make the perfect apple pie filling. Next, she canned the filling so it will be just as fresh all winter long as it was the day the filling was made. So delicious!

This apple pie filling can also be spooned over ice cream, used in an apple cobbler, or mixed with oatmeal for a perfect breakfast.
