Flo has baked a large batch of these yummy Congo Squares. They are similar to Blondies (that is, chocolate chip cookies made into bars), and they have a generous amount of walnuts in them as well. They are soft and gooey and so delicious!

Congo Squares were named after the Congregational churches that had them in their church cookbooks.

Congo Squares freeze very well. Put these in your freezer and then take them out when your holiday guests arrive.
