Since 2010, World Central Kitchen (WCK), the global non-profit founded by chef and humanitarian Jose Andres, has cooked hundreds of millions of fresh, nourishing meals for people impacted by natural disasters and other crises. In the organizations' first cookbook, WCK shares recipes inspired by the many places they have cooked and provided support.
