First class paid upgrades or mileage plan upgrades are allowed. Standard baggage fees apply. Individual travel taxes may apply. Once ticketed, no changes to passenger name, origin city or destination city allowed. This certificate is void if bartered or sold. If lost, the certificate will not be reissued.  Pick up your item(s) at the end of the event. If shipping is needed, UPS fees for packaging and shipping will be applied. All winning items will be shipped within one week, with charges billed to the credit card on file.
