Over the years, Pointer Outfitters travel staff has hosted hunters on expeditions all over the country. They are an outfitter company with many years of experience. They offer a high-quality Big Game hunt experience including Red Stag. All hunting is done in the company of our professional guides in La Pampa or San Luis Province. Every shooting trip is individually designed around each client. They specialize in custom itineraries based on our client's wishes and budget. They believe that a hunting trip should be accessible, fun and hassle-free. Prepare to be swept away by great Argentine culture and comfort. It is a perfect travel-hunting destination.
Special Instructions
Expiration: Must be used within 3 years from date of purchase. Buyers may extend voucher for an additional 5 years for a fee of $1,000.
Important Notes:
• There must be a minimum of 2 hunters.
• Check-in at 4 pm & Check-out at 10 am.
Inclusions: 5 Nights’ Accommodations (based on double occupancy); $1,000 credit /per hunter for the first Red Stag (minimum 300 SCI); Guiding 2x1; All Meals, Wines and drinks with professional chef service; Primary trophy preparation; Land transportation by 4WD vehicles; English speaking host; Wi-Fi at the lodge.

- All meals in the field with soft drinks, beer and wine.
- Dinner at the lodge with soft drinks, beer and wine and other alcoholic drinks.
- Vehicles and ground transportation for every hunt.

- Red Stag: $1000 of credit for use with the trophy per hunter.
Exclusions: International and domestic airfares. Ground transfers in Buenos Aires. Airport Transfer to and from the lodge (USD 200 per person). Hunting license (w/ Trophy Guide 400 USD per person). Rifle rental (USD 300 total per person). Ammunition (USD 50 per box). Phone calls, laundry/dry cleaning and other items of a personal nature. Baggage overweight charges, personal baggage insurance. Expenses incurred obtaining passport. Departure taxes.
Additional Costs:
Extras not included in the voucher - to be paid before the trip:
- Gun rental is $115 per day per person.
- Hunting License is $375 per person, round trip.
- Land Lease Fee and Airport Transfer are $495 per person, round trip.
Extras not included in the voucher - to be paid in the final invoice at the lodge:
- Shell boxes. Market price at time of travel.
- Gratuities.
- Animals in Red Stag x 2.
Recommended Gratuities:
USD $150 per day for the guide and $150 per day per person for the lodge staff.
Single based room request $150/night. Depending on availability.
Check-in at 4 pm & Check-out at 10 am.
All prices quoted in US Dollars. Pointer reserves the right to make changes to this document as needed. Hunting license cost and trophy export tags may vary without previous notice because that depends on the national authorities.
Terms of payment: A 50% deposit is required to book the hunt. Balance should be paid 60 days before the hunt.
The deposit is non-refundable and the following cancellation fees apply:
* 90 days prior to the hunt: can be transferred for other available date or following season (new fees will apply).
* 60 days prior to the hunt: can be transferred for other available date or following season (new fees will apply), 50% of the deposit is lost.
* 30 days prior to the hunt: can be transferred for other available date or following season (new fees will apply), 100% of the deposit is lost.
Extras such as additional animals taken during the hunt, hunting license and trophy tags for the animals taken must be paid in U.S dollars cash before the hunter leaves the ranch. WITH NO EXCEPTION
In case you wish to pay by wire transfer, pointer outfitters will request a check with the total amount of the extras to be paid, or credit card information as a guarantee until the payment is made. NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE RANCH WITHOUT PROVIDING A GUARANTEE OF EXTRAS PAYMENT.
Liability/ Insurance: While every effort will be made to safeguard you and your property, no liability or
responsibility is accepted for any accident, injury or illness or for any loss of property during your safari. You are not covered by insurance for the duration of the safari. By booking and paying a deposit for the safari, you are deemed to have accepted these liability and insurance clauses. We strongly recommend Global Rescue.
Major Force , Natural Disaster, Fraud refund Policy: In cases of proved major force of any kind, when the hunters can’t travel to Argentina, or if the hunting season in Argentina is closed or cancel by major force causes, deposits will be credit towards the following season or following dates, but will not be refund.
Donated Trophies: Trophy fees included in any donation or raffle cannot be credited toward extra trophies or for trophy upgrade scores. Trophy fees will not be refunded in case no trophy is obtained. Pointer Outfitters reserves the right to make exceptions and changes under special circumstances approved by Pointer Outfitters.
