Acrylic pour painting is very therapeutic. Not only does it let me create but it does so in a way that limits my control of the situation. I can choose the colors and technique but the paint is going to do what it is going to do. The fact that I also get to create additional pieces from the run off of the painting in the form of jewelry also helps because each is then an individual piece of art.
