With this three-class pass from Balanced Female Fitness (BFF), you can sample our group exercise classes, both in-person and live-virtual, in an inclusive and supportive environment. We offer cardio HIIT, strength, pilates, and yoga. Having each woman feel successful in class no matter where she is in her fitness journey is one of BFF’s main goals!

Additionally, you’ll have access to our on-demand Digital Library, with over 50 pre-recorded classes of all our class formats to use whenever it works with your schedule.

The pass is valid for two months once activated.
