This is a workshop designed to help you or your team with setting up your own Getting Things Done (GTD) system at your institution. Jason will come to your institution and help you set up a system for managing your goals, projects and daily tasks based on David Allen’s Getting Things Done methodology. If doing an individual set up it could include Jason working with you in your office space to set up an efficient system for managing the day to day fires you face.
