Relax with friends or family at this peaceful spot. Whether you are down to enjoy golf or the beach, this well appointed condo has convenient access to it all. Beautiful sunrises can be seen from the spacious patio out back. If you are more the active type, there is a fitness center, multiple pools, tennis & pickleball courts, a playground and basketball and volleyball courts. In season there's a trolley taking you to and from the beach & even a valet service to help do the heavy lifting.

This is a 3 bedroom and 3 bath 1st floor condo with a large outdoor patio overlooking the golf course and in the far distance you can even see the ocean. There is a dining room and a family room off of an updated kitchen with a spacious breakfast bar.
