Learn to make Rhiana's famous hummus, among many other Lebanese delicacies, at a world-class winery Estate home in Coombsville, Napa.
This incredible culinary course is offered by SBS Parent Rhiana for up to 10 peopleon March 30, 2025. SBS Parent Sara Vietti will serve as co-host and ensure you are treated like royalty during your time at the winery. This will be a fully private experience -- you will have the entire Estate to yourself!
Sip wine, learn the culture and traditions of Lebanon, and enjoy a 2-hour cooking class, all with stunning backdrop views of the Coombsville Valley in Napa. The cooking class will take place at the gorgeous Tuscan-style villa of Bydand Estate (formerly Sodaro Estate). This hidden gem, a nearly-secret spot, is located only a mile from our sweet Stone Bridge School.
This cooking class will feature wines that are specially paired with the Lebanese meal YOU prepare for yourself. Enjoy the tantalizing flavors while relaxing on the back patio of the Estate Home -- it's a surprise view you won't soon forget.

We will spend 2 hours making and enjoying traditional Lebanese lunch items to share. You will learn about Lebanese food culture and history with personal stories woven in, creating a connection to the dazzling country so dear to my heart.
BYDAND ESTATE VINEYARD Our Estate Vineyard nestles in the volcanic soils of Napa Valley’s Coombsville AVA, surrounded by some of the area’s most renowned and historic sites. Bydand Estate features a variety of wines -- our Chardonnay Pinot Noir are made from grapes grown in Sonoma County, while our two red wines use only our Estate-grown fruit -- first planted in 1991, our estate vineyard comprises 20 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Bidder must be at least 21 years old.
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 7, 2025, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and the purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 11, 2025, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. The purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 10 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
