Private Cardio Boxing Fitness Class for up to 8 + Charcuterie Board, Coffee and Tea Station.
In the privacy of your own home, certified Cardio Boxing for Fitness Instructor and Stone Bridge mom, Fides Enriquez, will lead you and 7 guests through a one-hour total body, low impact, high energy cardio class that covers the basics of boxing, utilizing punches, combinations, mitt work, and defensive moves. You will improve muscle tone, burn calories, and have a lot of fun.
After the workout, cool down, socialize and enjoy healthy snacks and beverages personally prepared by Stone Bridge mom Elva Cordova Salem. Included are:

All ages welcome. No previous experience required. Hand wraps will be provided.

Local delivery or pickup only in Napa, CA. Winning bidders may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 7, 2025, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and the purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)
