Jarvis 2021 Chardonnay Finch Hollow Napa Valley
This is our top Chardonnay and is made using grapes from the Finch Hollow Vineyard. Our winemaker distinguishes this special selection of Chardonnay by using only the top-half of the barrels of Finch Hollow Chardonnay and bottling the wine unfined and unfiltered. By doing so, we retain the most delicate nuances of the Chardonnay's varietal character.
Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of baby’s breath, yellow apple and peach, and dark honey with toasted sunflower bread and apricot with a round, lively, dry medium body and an amusing, medium-length finish with notes of yellow apple, apricot and peach, lemon curd and white flowers, and touch of butter and grilled cedar with light oak flavor. With a harmonious balance of fruit, floral, malo, and barrel, this is excellent now and will likely become something special in 5 to 10 years.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 7, 2025, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and the purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 11, 2025, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item.
