Yip Fitness offers live 1-hour Zoom (online) bodyweight training group fitness classes. The Yip Fitness program includes free biweekly accountability coaching to help you plan meals, learn accountability tricks, set daily habit goals, and manage stress.
The program is appropriate for ages 13-80. It's tailored for women, but custom classes for co-ed or a father's class can be requested. No equipment needed to do the workouts. All levels welcomed to class because every movement has a beginner to advanced option.
Special Instructions: A 1-month membership for 30 days, cannot put a hold on the membership once started, it will expire after 30 days. Ages 13-80 years old. Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 7, 2025, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and the purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 11, 2025, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. The purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.)
