Located in the historic Falmouth village of Woods Hole, at the end of the Shining Sea Bike Path; just a 1 minute walk from the Martha’s Vineyard Steamship ferry terminal, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, & Marine Biological Laboratory, Pie in the Sky Bakery & Café is open 7 days a week, 364 days a year.

They feature a delicious assortment of croissants, danish, pies, cookies, desserts, and quiche, all handmade, from scratch, on site. Their coffees, espresso, and nitro cold brew are freshly roasted, blended, and ground in house. See their coffee roaster in action, (the big shiny red thing in the middle of our dining room), watch their bakers hand roll baguettes and fold sheets of butter into croissants, handcrafting unique pieces everyday.
