Borden Flats Light is located just 50 miles south of Boston, 35 miles west of Cape Cod, 17 miles east of Providence, RI and the famous seaside resort of Newport, RI is only 20 miles south!
 
INCLUDED AMENITIES:

• Kitchenette with dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner gas stove/oven, glasses, mugs, plates, utensils and a few cooking spices. An extremely popular percolator coffee pot, tea kettle and french press. (no more K-Cup maker) Free bottled water.


• Dining table for two


• 1/2 bath with kitchen sink and R/V style Porta-Potti (sorry no shower)


• Outdoor gas grill/utensils (free propane provided)


• 32" LCD Flat-screen TV w/ DVD player and 20+ DVDs and local broadcast channels from HD antenna


• One Queen-sized, pillow-top bed (all linens included)


• Bring your own ice in a soft-sided cooler if so desired.

PLEASE NOTE:

The only access onto the Lighthouse is by climbing a vertical steel-rung ladder.
Depending on the tide, the climb could be only 3-4 rungs or up to 5-6 rungs (at extreme low tide.)

All Keepers must be physically agile to climb this ladder for entry and exit off the lighthouse.
