A private tour for up to ten people of the Ladd-Gilman House (ca. 1721) and Folsom Tavern (ca. 1775) at the American Independence Museum in Exeter, NH. The tour will focus on the history of the buildings, historic architectural features, and preservation efforts. Includes access to areas of the structures not open to the public, such as basements and attics!
