Gaby Roth (Gesher '11) is a Ramah Berkshires alum who attended camp as a camper from 2004-2011 and was on staff from 2013-2015. In 2021, Gaby began working as a cook in Brooklyn, and has been cooking at restaurants in NYC for the past three years, including Olmsted, Forsythia, and Maialino. Gaby currently works at Chambers, a New American market-driven restaurant located in Tribeca. When she isn't at Chambers, she's creating meaningful private dinners and events ranging from birthday parties to anniversary celebrations to unique Jewish food inspired pop-up dinners.
