Spend time off outside with Hale Education - One Session of April School Vacation Days (April 22–24, 2025)
April showers bring…opportunities to play in the mud, explore water systems, and see plants sprout and animals emerge from hibernation! Warmer temperatures during April Vacation Days afford opportunities for fishing and boating on our ponds.
School breaks are a great time to get together with friends! At Hale, children ages 4–12 can build shelters, go orienteering, spend time hiking, or even shred Hale’s many miles of trails on a mountain bike. Weather permitting, they may enjoy sledding, snowshoeing, and other wintry activities, too. At the end of each day, they’ll warm up by the fire as they reflect on their adventures.

Special Instructions
Please note that April MTB Days are a separate program. April MTB days invites older kids and young teens (ages 8-12) to ride with friends in a mountain biking version of School Vacation Days. Same dates, same times…but with coaches instead of counselors, and a lot of time spent developing skills and shredding trails.
Non-MTB programs cost $310. If the recipient registers for a non-MTB program, the difference is forfeited, because the card has no cash value.

As soon as possible after the close of the auction, the Mason-Rice auction committee will communicate local pickup details for physical items OR email electronic gift certificates to the winning bidder.
If you place the winning bid for this auction item, you’ll have the option at checkout to cover all credit card and website fees (7.5%) so that 100% of your donation supports the non-profit Mason-Rice Elementary School PTO.
