Dr. Michelle Jonelis is a MHS parent, Board Certified Sleep Medicine Sleep Medicine Physician and the founder of Lifestyle Sleep Clinic in Mill Valley.

Dr. Jonelis is offering a 60 minute sleep consultation to any adult or child (ages 2 and up) who is struggling with their sleep. Before the consultation you will be asked to fill out several intake questionnaires detailing your sleep and lifestyle habits. Dr. Jonelis will personally review your answers and discuss them with you during your consultation. After the visit she will send you a personalized care plan with recommendations about how to improve your sleep.
