The winning bidder will be provided with information to contact Churchill Downs Incorporated to schedule the Trifecta Package.  The winning bidder must provide Churchill Downs Incorporated with at least three (3) weeks notice prior to the desired event date to make their reservation.  This package expires 12/31/2025.

This package may be used anytime during the 2024-2025 racing season based on availability and with the exceptions of: Derby Week (Opening Night - Thurby), Oaks and Derby Days, Mother’s Day, Preakness Day, Belmont Day, Father's Day, All Night Racing Dates; Breeders’ Cup days and Thanksgiving weekend. *Millionaire’s Row is not guaranteed to be open or have seating availability, as it is opened based upon demand or type of event for each individual race day. A comparable dining room may be offered if Millionaire’s Row is not available.
