Just minutes to Pacifica, San Francisco & the Peninsula. Gorgeous Brazilian cherry wood floors, a chef's dream kitchen with a formal dining room seats eight formally, with additional folding chairs. Outside access to the back patio and table for eight. Soaring ceilings take full advantage of the views from both levels. Family Rooms have leather couches and chairs that seat ten comfortably. Large wall-mounted 72-inch TV with surround sound system. Parking in the driveway for four cars. A brand-new propane grill with one full propane tank is provided. Washer/Dryer Laundry Room with drying rack, iron, and ironing board. 

The location of this home truly provides the best of both worlds—a quiet retreat to the coast and nature and close proximity to the city, restaurants, and sightseeing. Close by is Moss Beach, home to the Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, a marine sanctuary. With its tide pools, the reserve hosts a living community of marine life that is of great interest to visitors and naturalists alike.
