When you choose Railyard Fitness you are choosing a unique gym that is dedicated to BIO-HACKING WELLNESS. Joining a gym is only a first step towards your health. At Railyard Fitness we also focus on RECOVERY and EQUIPMENT that increases overall wellness. Our Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Compression and Theraguns are all part of the gym lifestyle at Railyard Fitness.

At Railyard Fitness we offer a beautiful 6000sq feet with keypad entry from 6am-8pm daily. No crowds, high ceilings, natural light and open air are all elements that create a boutique workout experience.

The Vitality Lab is a communal health and wellness space with Unlimited Access to our Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge (Contrast Therapy). The Vitality Lab has two, 4 person, communal Infrared Saunas (with Red Light Therapy built right into the panels) and a beginner Cold Plunge set at 48. The Lab is equipped with a Theragun to help loosen and massage muscles, no matter what protocol or recovery you are working on. This package is generously donated by a Stargazer family.
