Artist Bio
Nance López  is a celebrated jewelry artist from Santa Fe, New Mexico, known for her exquisite treasure necklaces and intricately crafted crosses. Blending tradition with innovation, she assembles mixed stones, amulets, and charms into meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces that honor New Mexico's rich artistic heritage.

Since 1975, Nance has created alongside her husband, renowned santero Ramón José López. 

Her work reflects a deep reverence for craftsmanship, storytelling, and cultural tradition. 

Nance is honored to donate these handcrafted pieces in celebration of Arts & Sciences' 25th Anniversary, supporting a community that nurtures creativity and lifelong learning.
