Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own delicious bread at home? Director of Evangelization and bread-baker extraordinaire Tom Spataro will give you and up to four of your friends a hands-on from scratch bread baking lesson spread over two days (1 hour each day) that will cover everything from mixing by hand to proofing to shaping and baking the bread. No special equipment required! (Tom will donate a kitchen scale to the winning bidder.) Can be done in-home or at the Parish Center. Choose from country boule or sheet focaccia.
