All winning bids will incur a $3 handling fee, which will be added to the winner's total.


 


For Auction Winners:


 


To Have Items Mailed: To have auction items mailed to you, you must email susie@tbwh.org within 7 days of auction close. All shipping costs shall be the winner's responsibility.


 


Shipping Costs: Example shipping costs are as follows. Actual costs may vary:


$7 for small envelopes


$10 for medium envelopes


$15 for large envelopes
$32 for medium boxes
$44 for large boxes
 


Certain items may fall outside of these categories, and you will be notified of actual shipping costs. We will always use the smallest size possible to minimize costs.


 


Shipping Insurance: We will ensure packages during shipping, however Teddy Bears with Heart is not responsible for items lost in the mail.


 


To Pick Up Items: To pick up items in person, email susie@tbwh.org within 7 days of closing to arrange pickup.


 


Items will be automatically shipped if local pickup has not been arranged.


 


Items scheduled for local pickup and not picked up within 2 weeks of payment shall be returned to Teddy Bears with Heart for use in future auctions.
