Just north of the Vermont border, surrounded by acres of forest, sits this lovely 2 bedroom chalet. Large picture windows overlook a private, swimmable pond. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is no tv, but the house has Wifi, a projector and a screen. 

Surrounded by many fabulous hiking trails, and in the winter, cross-country skiing trails (Ruiter Valley Land Trust, etc.), three alpine ski centers (Jay Peak, Owl's Head, and Sutton) are less than a 30-minute drive.

As this is not a commercial rental property, guests are asked to leave the place as clean as they found it. 

Reimbursable $250 security deposit required.

Rental dates are flexible, though Canadian long weekends are off-limits.
