About the chef:

Born in Italy, chef Claudio Gervasi was raised in a family that loves cooking traditional southern Italian food. When he was 10, his family moved to New York, where he developed a passion for cooking by watching, helping, and learning from his mother and grandmother. Claudio attended the Art Institute of New York, graduating with a degree in culinary arts. After over 20 years of restaurant and catering work in NYC, he moved to Provincetown. He and his husband Kevin's love of food and world travel inspires and influences his food creations.
