This 60 minute Reiki healing session will be accompanied by sound healing with chakra tuned tuning forms. Reiki is performed with the hands above the body. Tuning forks are placed on the body with the exception of the heart and root chakra which is performed above the body. Tuning forks help balance the body’s natural cycle or circadian rhythm which helps return the body back to its natural state of balance.

Crystal is a 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, 200 Hour Certified Mindfulness Instructor, Aerial Yoga Instructor and a Reiki Master. She is currently enrolled in a 800 Hour Yoga Therapy Certification Course. Crystal provides private and group sessions such as; yoga, wellness coaching, meditation, and energy work.
