The original Colorado Boy opened in 2008 in Ridgway and is a wee humble pub in a wonderful 1915 brick building in the old section of downtown Ridgway. The brewery is in full view from the antique oak bar, so that you can see the brewing process while enjoying your pint.
The Ouray Colorado Boy has long been known for their excellent brick oven pizza. They use authentic high quality tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella, and source local fresh ingredients as often as possible. They cold ferment the dough for 24 hours to develop a great flavorful crust.
