I believe this to be new without tags.  OR... very gently worn.  The sizing/material tag has been removed but it was indicated that it is a medium  Super novel design!  The shirt measures 19" across the chest and the back is 25" long.  It feels like it is heavy cotton so when washed, it could shrink.  It's a very well made tshirt.  In case you can't see it, the dachshunds red tongue is hanging out of its mouth!
