This is new without tags.  Absolutely adorable.  It's a mini backpack.  It is 9" tall x 9" wide with a 4" gusset.  There is velcro to close the top of the bag under the dachshund head and you can pull it closed with the pompoms.  I would say that this is for a child due to its size.
