1. RESTRICTIONS: A 1-month membership for 30 days. It cannot be put on hold once the membership is started. It will expire after 30 days.  Ages 13-80 years old. Tailored for women. No equipment is needed to do the workouts. All levels are welcomed because every movement has a beginner to advanced option.  There is no expiration date for activating the certificate. You can give it as a gift, so it is transferable.  No refunds. It cannot be combined with other gift certificates or offers and is only for new members.

2. NO shipping provided. Winners will be notified by email at the close of the auction. Pick up is May 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Details will be provided in the winning notification. Please bring your email with you. Gift certificates and cards can be mailed, not emailed, if requested.
