Once in a lifetime opportunity to adopt these baby scorpions that were born in the Life Science Lab at EARTHS! 

Emperor scorpions are an excellent introduction into the world of invertebrates and arachnids!  A relatively low maintenance pet, these friends enjoy temperatures around 70-85 degrees (with a warm gradient easily achieved with a small reptile heating pad) and a gently misted home of coconut coir or similar substrate to allow for burrowing with lots of hiding places.  Their diet is made up of a variety of insects, primarily crickets, and they eat 3-5 appropriately sized bugs each per week.  As juveniles, they will be able to remain in the enclosure provided for 6-12m depending on their rate of growth, adult scorpions require 10-30 gal enclosures.  Average annual cost for care and feeding is approx. $50 or about $5/month!
