The Dragonfly Process is a practical and experimental mixed media expressive arts journal program comprised of five specific lessons designed to teach people how to harness the power of their innate creative spirits and learn to use art as a tool that will nurture their souls, connect them to their authentic selves and ultimately to each other by discovering how we are all more alike than we are different. It will guide those grappling with the plight of our human condition by teaching art as a coping skill and hopefully ease suffering, simply by mending hearts, discovering "ah has," building emotional resilience, and creating together in community.

Susan Stone is not only one of EARTHS finest, but also is a writer, mixed media artist and lifelong jounaler who is dedicated to teaching people of all stages to use art and writing as coping skills, discover their unique gifts and talents and build emotional resilience by nurturing their creative spirits.
