Quattro -- Italian for four -- is a contemporary grill, a pizzeria, and 'rosticceria', a rotisserie turning out roast legs of lamb, ribs of beef, pork loins and whole chickens. Artisan pasta is handmade a block away in DePasquale's Homemade Pasta Shoppe. Bread is baked across the street at Bricco Panneteria. Creative pizzas are baked at 900 degrees F in a wood-burning Marra Forni brick oven brought in from Naples, Italy.

Quattro, featuring the "greatest hits" from all the other DePasquale restaurants, is open for lunch and dinner with a menu featuring small plates called "sfizi" (cravings, with good reason!), roast meat paninis at lunch, pasta dishes, grilled meat and fresh seafood. Stop in soon ... you can't miss Quattro at the corner of Hanover and Parmenter Streets, the four corners of the historic North End.
