Description
Laissez les bons temps rouler! (Let the good times roll!)
Get ready for an unforgettable evening where culture, cuisine, and community come together over steaming bowls of authentic gumbo. This legendary dish tells the story of Louisiana through its masterful blend of African, French, Spanish, and Native American culinary traditions.
Your culinary guide for the evening will be Louisiana native Masharika Prejean Maddison (Sims '25 & Ayo '28); bringing her homeland's authentic flavors and warm hospitality to the gathering. Just as gumbo harmoniously combines diverse ingredients to create something magical, this evening promises to stir up wonderful conversations and connections within our community.
No need to bring anything but yourself and your appetite – your host will serve up the joy!
Special Instructions
Open to CSB community only. Event will take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 6pm at the Maddisons' home. This is an adults-only gathering.
